Q14179 – Tecnologia da Informação – Centro Brasileiro de Pesquisa em Avaliação e Seleção (CEBRASPE/CESPE) 2022

consumers will have a hard time proving that the AI system caused harm to the product they had previously bought.

claimants will be granted compensation for any reason.

consumers will not be compensated unless they can prove that it was the AI system that caused the harm suffered.

claimants will now have to prove both that there was an AIrelated problem with their products and that the defendant failed to comply with the AI Act.

the new rules will make it possible for claimants to get compensation even if they do not directly prove that the AI system caused the harm suffered.
