Q14178 – Tecnologia da Informação – Centro Brasileiro de Pesquisa em Avaliação e Seleção (CEBRASPE/CESPE) 2022

it is the first time the European Commission has publicized liability rules on digital products and AI.

the European Commission has come up with a proposal to compensate consumers who damaged their products themselves.

the compensation proposed by the European Commission only applies to the products which came with a manufacturing defect.
